Meet Ruth Ann
Ruth Ann has been working as an insurance agent since 1999 when she became licensed in both property and casualty, as well as life and health insurance. Near the end of 2012, she then received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Having a diverse background, Ruth Ann has a history of experience which includes bookkeeping and retail sales in music. She also holds a computer programming certificate from Allegany Community College and an A.A. degree from Frederick Community College.
Ruth Ann lives in New Market with her family and has a daughter, Anna, who is striving for her master’s in music composition in North Carolina. As music clearly runs in the family, Ruth Ann also spends her spare time as a clarinetist in the Carroll County Band.
